Sitaram says that the family and villagers made every effort to save him, but somehow the black snake finds him. About two days before the bite, his wife Dilkuwar or he himself sees a snake in his dreams. When a snake bites them they become unconscious. After this, they are not taken to the doctor but directly to the temple. There the tantrikas dust them with neem leaves, recite mantras and make them go around the temple.
