- For this, first of all, mix semolina, curd and water in a mixer. This batter should be similar to idli batter (but slightly thinner).
- Heat oil in a small pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, hing, chopped chillies and curry leaves. Then add onion and add coriander.
- Add this mixture to the batter. Add salt to taste and rice flour (if required).
- Beat the flour well until it becomes light. Add baking soda and mix.
- Keep a deep pot on the gas or keep a tawa and add flour in it and make a thick dosa.
- Cook the doshya well on medium flame and take it out in a plate.
- Serve hot bun dosa with coconut chutney or any other chutney.
- This is a quick and nutritious breakfast.
