‘Why are you so bitter?’: Salman Khan destroys Baseer’s eviction claims on Bigg Boss 19 finale
Salman Khan slams Baseer Ali: Drama intensified on the Bigg Boss 19 grand finale stage as host Salman Khan directly addressed former contestant Baseer Ali’s post-eviction accusations. Baseer had previously claimed that the show was biased, that the makers didn’t support him and that his elimination was unfair.
However, Salman countered each allegation in a packed and fiery segment during the live episode. Scroll down to read in detail!
Salman Khan reveals why Baseer Ali got evicted
The finale opened with Salman’s signature humour, as he teased the top five finalists: Gaurav Khanna, Tanya Mittal, Farhana Bhatt, Amaal Mallik and Pranit More. The mood quickly shifted when he turned to the evicted contestants. Addressing Baseer, Salman said, “Even after leaving the house, this Bigg Boss is still playing Bigg Boss. We gave you the chance, but your fans did not support you. What do we owe this honor to, Baseer, that you are sitting here?”
Baseer replied politely, saying, “I am obliged. It is a very good journey with you all.”
Salman then delivered a sharper reprimand. He added, “The show that gave you such a big platform, you’re criticizing it… Agar aap itne hi upset the, toh main toh aata hi nahi. Aap itne bitter kyun ho gaye? Humne aapko bahar nahi kala, aapke sabse kam votes the… Thodi si reality pe aao.” He further pointed out that Baseer’s claimed fan support didn’t translate into votes, insisting the audience made the real decision.
Baseer had earlier alleged that the makers favoured Gaurav Khanna and restricted his screen time. He even claimed he couldn’t have received fewer votes. Salman’s clarification, however, placed responsibility squarely on the public voting process.
Amaal Mallik evicted from Bigg Boss 19
Meanwhile, the Bigg Boss 19 grand finale saw its first major twist through a family-led challenge. Relatives of the finalists entered the assembly room to complete puzzles representing each contestant. Tanya Mittal’s brother completed the puzzle first, keeping her safe, followed by Farhana Bhatt’s mother and Gaurav Khanna’s wife. Amaal Mallik’s puzzle, however, remained incomplete due to a missing piece, leading to his unexpected elimination.
The episode began with Salman performing My Hi Jalwa, after which Kartik Aaryan and Ananya Panday joined the stage to promote their upcoming film You are mine, you are mine, you are mine, you are mine.
