Ghatampur. Kana Singh, a resident of Narwal police station area under Kanpur Commissionerate, has accused two contractors of cheating and giving death threats. On the basis of the complaint, the police have registered a case against the people under serious sections, the police is investigating the matter. In the complaint given to the police, Kana Singh told that he had given the contract of shuttering for molding the roof of his under-construction guest house to Rajnarayan and Vyas’s son Ashok, according to Kana Singh. The contractors had taken 10 thousand rupees from him as earnest money, after dropping some shuttering material, the contractors started saying that the material was less, after this, Kan Singh himself bought the material worth about three lakh fifty thousand rupees with his own money, he gave fifty thousand rupees in cash to the contractors Rajnarayan and Vyas.
Kan Singh told that his health deteriorated, and his children took him to Seven Hospital for treatment, then the contractors took advantage of his absence, they seduced Kan Singh’s wife and loaded all the shuttering material back and used it at some other place, after recovering from the hospital, after returning home, Kan Singh came to know about the material being taken, he called the contractors, then it is alleged that the contractors started abusing and threatening, the contractors neither Asked to return the goods, nor was he ready to return the money, and he threatened to kill every time. Inspector Akhilesh Pal, in-charge of Narwal police station, said that a case has been registered on the basis of the complaint and necessary action will be taken after investigation.
