Pakistan’s participation in the International Peace and Trust Forum held in Turkmenistan Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif A video of great insult has surfaced. While Russian President Vladimir Putin and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan were busy in back-to-back meetings, Shehbaz Sharif sat waiting for Putin for 40 minutes, but could not meet him. When he got up and left in frustration, he angrily tried to force his way into the Putin-Erdoğan meeting going on in the adjacent room, but he did not get any attention there either.

The entire incident is clearly visible in the video going viral on social media, Shahbaz anxiously waiting for Putin, asking the officials what was happening, and then returning without meeting him. This entire incident has created a political stir in Pakistan and a lot of discussion at the international level.

Waited for 40 minutes, but Putin did not come – Shahbaz got worried

It is seen in the video that two chairs were kept in the meeting room and behind them were flags of Pakistan and Russia like those of India. Shahbaz Sharif was sitting on a chair anxiously waiting for Putin. Sometimes he would point his finger at his mouth, sometimes gesture to the officers and ask questions – but there was no answer. After 40 minutes passed, his patience broke and he came out of the room with a flushed face.

Entered Putin-Erdoan meeting, did not get respect there too

In another video, it is seen that an angry Shehbaz Sharif entered the next room where Putin and Erdoğan were talking. According to the viral video, “Shahbaz stood there for about 10 minutes, but no one noticed him.” Eventually they quietly left from there too.

When was Shehbaz Sharif insulted internationally?

This is not the first time that Shahbaz’s meeting with Putin has been in the news.

During the Beijing SCO conference, Shahbaz’s translation earphones were not working properly. Putin laughingly explained to him how to wear earphones himself.

Even at the Uzbekistan SCO Summit, Shahbaz was not able to adjust his headphones. Putin was laughing after seeing his efforts.

3. Ran after Putin to shake hands

Putin and Xi Jinping were leading each other at the 2024 SCO summit in Tianjin. Shahbaz suddenly came running from behind and stopped Putin to shake hands.
