Haryana Govt Scheme: Haryana Government has given big relief to the residents of the state. If you live in Haryana and have your own house, then you no longer need to shell out money for its repairs. Under the Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Housing Renovation Scheme, the government is providing financial assistance up to Rs 80,000.
The person eligible to avail the benefits of this scheme should saralharyana.gov.in You will have to apply online on the portal. The application process is completely digital and one has to apply along with the required documents.
Who can take advantage of the scheme?
The benefits of this scheme will be available only to those people whose annual income is Rs 1.80 lakh or less.
Who is a native of Haryana.
In whose name there is a house and help is needed for the repair of that house.
The applicant must have ownership rights of the house.
The government gives this amount in lump sum, but it is ensured that it is used only for repairing the house.
People in urban areas should have their own house of at least 35 square yards and people in rural areas should have 50 square yards. Also, the house should be at least 10 years old.
House registry is necessary in urban areas, whereas in rural areas, house ownership certificate certified by the Village Secretary will also be valid.
