Haryana: Big news related to Jhajjar and district is coming in Haryana. According to the news of a Hindi newspaper, the State Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC) has started the process of expansion of Phase-2 of Kharkhoda Industrial Model Town (IMT). Will expand in 5800 acres
Work has been started on 5800 acres of land to expand IMT. At present, HSIIDC has entrusted the work to Garg Associates to conduct the survey for valuation of lands. After the success of Kharkhoda IMT, the state government now wants to expand it, so that the state can be given a distinct identity as an industrial hub. Haryana News
will be connected
According to the plan made by HSIIDC, the land for expanding IMT has been selected in such a way that it does not have to cross the KMP Expressway. It will be connected to Delhi-Jammu Katra Expressway. Its advantage will be that the industries established here in future will be able to get direct benefits of both the expressways.
8 to 10 crore land price
It is being told that IMT will be expanded on the land of five villages of Kharkhoda area of Sonipat. Due to which 3,625 acres of land has been identified in six villages of Jhajjar, while 2,175 acres of land in five villages of Sonipat has been included. IMT Kharkhoda will be expanded in about 5800 acres. After the establishment of plants of big companies like Maruti, Uno Minda, Suzuki in IMT Kharkhoda, the price of land in the surrounding villages has reached Rs 8 to 10 crore per acre.
