Team India’s blast in Dharamshala, defeats South Africa by 7 wickets

The Indian team made a spectacular comeback after the shameful defeat in Mullanpur and won the third T20 match by 7 wickets. With this we took a 2-1 lead in the series.
Delhi, India has won the third match of the 5-match T20 International series being played between India and South Africa. In this important match of the series played in Dharamshala, Suryakumar Yadav’s army performed brilliantly and defeated the Proteas team by 7 wickets and took a 2-1 lead in the series.
India defeated South Africa by 7 wickets in the third T20.
In this third match of the series played at the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association Stadium in Dharamshala, Team India won the toss and invited the visiting team to bat first and scored 117 runs in 20 overs. In reply, India achieved the target by losing 3 wickets in 15.5 overs.
Proteas team reduced to 117 runs due to havoc of bowlers
After the tie in the first two matches, the third match was very important for both the teams. In this match played in Dharamshala, India won the toss and decided to field. After this, the Proteas team came out to bat, but the Indian bowlers proved the captain’s decision right and gave a tremendous start, dismissing half the team on the score of only 44. South African batsmen surrendered before the dangerous bowling of Arshdeep Singh and Harshit Rana. After this, captain Aiden Markram played some shots from one end, although he did not get much support from the other end. Markram somehow took the team beyond 100. But he became the victim of Arshdeep Singh on his personal score of 61 runs and in the end the entire team collapsed for 117 runs in 20 overs. Arshdeep, Harshit, Chakraborty and Kuldeep got 2 successes each.
After Abhishek’s storm, Gill-Tilak gave a spectacular victory
The Indian team got the target of 118 runs to win. The pair of Abhishek Sharma and Shubhman Gill made a strong start and took the score to 60 runs even before the end of the power play. Abhishek Sharma became the victim of Carbyn Bosch after playing a stormy innings of 35 runs in 18 balls in the sixth over. After this, Tilak Verma came to play at number-3. Along with Shubman Gill, he took the innings close to 100, but then Shubman Gill was bowled by Marco Jansen after scoring 28 runs. From here, captain Surya came to bat, but a few runs before the target, he walked away after scoring 12 runs. After this, Tilak along with Shivam Dubey achieved the target by losing 3 wickets in 15.5 overs. Tilak Verma played an unbeaten inning of 26 runs.
The teams of India and South Africa will compete in the fourth match of this 5-match T20 International series in Lucknow on 17th December.
