Delhi News: On GRAP-4 implemented in Delhi-NCR, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Saurabh Bhardwaj said, “This government has been in power for almost a year. There have been no incidents of stubble burning anywhere in the country. The pollution situation is such that there is fog even in a closed room. “The air quality of Delhi-NCR has reached the very poor category and to control the rising AQI, it has been decided to implement GRAP 4 restrictions in Delhi NCR. According to environmentalist Bhavreen Kandhari on GRAP-4 “…As we know, GRAP is a reactive measure. GRAP-IV is implemented only after seeing the horrific data. It is the decisions taken by policy makers over the past several years that are resulting in consequences; this is not an overnight situation… After a few days, when the AQI figures fall, GRAP will be cancelled.
