Bathua leaves are a rich source of amino acids, high in fiber and also contain vitamins A, B and C. This green leafy vegetable is a good source of iron, potassium, calcium and phosphorus, making it an ideal choice for a winter lunch.
bathua ka saag (Bathua Saag): Eat it by mixing it with spinach and mustard or alone and cooked in garlic, green chilli and mustard oil.
