How to make chicken scampi

First of all, take boneless chicken meat and cut it into small pieces. After this, take 1-2 onions, green chillies and chop it. After this, take a heavy bottomed pan and add some oil in it. When the oil becomes hot, add onion and green chillies to it.

When the onion turns brown, add a cup of curd to it and then add turmeric, chilli, coriander and salt and cook the spices.

When the spices are cooked, add chicken cut into small pieces. And cook it on low flame. Cover it and leave it for 20 minutes.

When it is cooked, turn off the gas. After this mash the chicken thoroughly.

Now again take 3-4 onions and chop it finely. Along with this, chop ginger finely.

Now take a pan and add some oil into it. When the oil is well heated, add finely chopped onion and ginger to it. Along with this, add some ginger garlic paste.

After this, add mashed chicken to it and cook on low flame for 10-15 minutes. When it is cooked, add some Kasuri Methi to it.
