New Delhi. Due to pollution in Delhi, the government has issued two more important orders. From tomorrow i.e. 18th December, 50 percent work from home has been made mandatory in all government and private offices of Delhi. The objective behind this is that if there are fewer vehicles on the roads, the pollution level will reduce. The government has made it clear that heavy fines will be imposed on those who are negligent in this order. In another order, the Delhi government has decided to deposit Rs 10,000 each in the accounts of all registered labourers.

Rs 10,000 compensation will be sent to the accounts of all the verified laborers of Delhi, so that the workers do not suffer any financial loss due to Grap 3-4.

Delhi Government Minister Kapil Mishra told in the press conference that Grape-4 ban is going on in Delhi. Earlier, during Grape-3, construction work was completely stopped for about 16 days. Due to this, the construction workers of Delhi were greatly affected, especially the daily wage labourers. On the instructions of Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, the Labor Ministry has decided that Rs 10,000 compensation will be sent to the accounts of all verified registered laborers of Delhi. When Grap-4 is over, its compensation will also be sent to the accounts of all verified registered labourers.

Mishra said that the process of registration is going on and for this the workers should register on the Delhi Government portal. Also, maximum 50 percent attendance will be allowed in all government and private institutions of Delhi, the rest will be work from. However, this order will not be applicable to hospitals, fire department, jail administration, public transport, electricity, water and sanitization departments of public and private health care sector. Also, the order of 50 percent work from home will not be applicable on the departments which are working in pollution prevention. The minister has advised people to do car pooling. The government has also suggested changes in the working hours of the employees.
