There may be major changes in design
Recently, the facelifted version of the Tata Punch was spotted testing in India. That is why the customer is more excited about this car. Let’s find out, what changes can be made in the design of this car.
headlamps
The split headlamp setup will be retained, but may be given a more modern look by the company. Like the Punch EV, the new Punch is likely to offer LED low-beam and high-beam units instead of halogen.
Grille and bumper
The front profile may get a new upper and lower grille, which will use horizontal slats. Along with this, the design of the front bumper is also likely to be introduced.

Side and rear
New 16-inch alloy wheels can be seen on the new Punch. At the rear, the design of the tail lamps and bumper can be seen with minor but noticeable changes.
Technology
Like the exterior, major changes are expected in the interior of the car. The facelift punch may feature a new two-spoke flat-bottom steering wheel with Tata logo. The car is likely to carry the old 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system. Ventilated seats are available for passenger comfort, while 360-degree camera and blind spot monitoring system can be offered for safety.
Engine and Transmission
The new Punch is unlikely to see any change in engine options. The car will continue to be available in 1.2-litre Revotron petrol and petrol-CNG (bi-fuel) variants as before. The petrol engine generates 64.6 kW (87 hp) of power and 115 Nm of torque, while in CNG mode this capacity drops to 54 kW (72 hp) of power and 103 Nm of torque. Apart from this, the company may offer a 5-speed AMT (Automated Manual Transmission) option for the CNG variant.
