First international match canceled due to fog
This is the first time that an international cricket match has been canceled due to dense fog. Such a situation had never happened before, when a match was interrupted due to low visibility.
Gill and other players out of the series
Before the match, an important news came, in which it was told that Shubman Gill has suffered a thumb injury, due to which he will not be able to participate in the remaining two T20 matches of this series.
