Famous mobile company had to pay fine for not providing user manual to the customer Gujarati

Generally it is seen that when you buy a new smartphone, its accessories, user manual and warranty details are also given along with the phone. Although most smartphone companies provide user guides to the customers, a smartphone customer from Bengaluru was not given a user manual along with the purchase of the smartphone. Due to which the person had reached the court. Ultimately the mobile company had to accept its mistake and the mobile user had to pay a fine of Rs 5000.

The smartphone customer had complained to the Bengaluru Consumer Panel and claimed that he was not given a user manual upon purchasing the smartphone. Also warranty details were not given. This incident happened with Ramesh, a resident of Sanjay Nagar, Bengaluru. He had purchased the smartphone of a well-known company in December 2023 for Rs 24,598. According to the report, the user manual was not provided with the smartphone package, due to which information about the phone’s warranty and features could not be obtained. In such a situation he had to face many problems.

In April, four months after purchasing the phone, an appeal was made by the Smartphone User Dispute Redressal Commission to resolve this problem. In this matter the company has been ordered to pay a fine of Rs 5000.
