21 roads will be repaired in UP, good news for this district!

Etawah: There is relief news for the rural areas of Etawah district in Uttar Pradesh. People who have been struggling with dilapidated and potholed roads for a long time are going to get better road facilities soon. Under the Public Works Department, special repair work of 21 rural roads of the district has been approved by the government.

Let us tell you that a budget of Rs 170 lakh has also been released for the repair of these roads. The renovation of these roads is planned to be completed by the end of the year, which will directly benefit thousands of villagers of Sadar, Jaswantnagar and Bharthana assembly constituencies.

Roads of three constituencies will be pothole free

On the basis of the proposal sent by the Public Works Department, the government has given green signal to the repair work of a total of 21 roads in the district. These include: 15 roads of Sadar Assembly, 6 roads of Jaswantnagar Assembly. The total estimated cost of these roads is Rs 341 lakh, of which Rs 170 lakh has been sanctioned for special repairs in the first phase.

These routes will be rejuvenated in Sadar Assembly

The roads of Sadar assembly constituency proposed to be repaired under construction blocks one and three mainly include: Etawah-Bharthana road to Sirrajmau, Udi-Chakarnagar road to Rajpura, Ajabpur road to Ajabpur Adda, Aswa road to Western Cachar, Sitaura to Busa link road.

At the same time, many important rural routes like Dadaura to Musavali, Pilua Mahavir to Dhimrai, Phuphai to Kalyanpur, Manikpur Kasaungaghat route, Vikrampur to Toda route, Sarai Bhupat railway feeder route, Udhanpura to Udhanpura ki Madaiya route are included. The improvement of these roads will provide great convenience to farmers, students and rural traders.

Picture will change in Jaswantnagar Assembly also

Under the provincial section, the roads of Jaswantnagar assembly which have been selected for repair include: Jaswantnagar-Vaidpura road to Nagla Hare (CC road and drain construction in populated areas), Tularam contact road to Bhagwanpura, Etawah Kachouraghat to Jagsaura, Chhimara-Jaswantnagar road to Nagla Sevaram, Baghuiya to Lachhwai, Sirhaul road to Nagla Chhand.

Nagla Chhand road becomes a problem for the villagers

The main road of village Nagla Chhand is in a bad condition for a long time. The villagers are facing a lot of problems due to deep potholes, waterlogging and broken surface on the road. Villagers say that children fall and get injured while going to school, while transportation has become very difficult for the elderly and women. Now, with the approval for the repair work of this road, both relief and hope are being seen among the villagers.
