Tiger narrowly escaped in Jim Corbett, crocodile suddenly attacked on the river bank; video viral
Jim Corbett Tiger Reserve: An exciting and scary video from Jim Corbett Tiger Reserve of Uttarakhand is becoming increasingly viral on social media. In this video the tiger, known as the king of the jungle, also faced death.
The incident is being reported from Dhikala zone of Corbett, where a tiger reaches the banks of Ramganga river to drink water or cross the river. The tiger appears to be completely relaxed and has no idea that a dangerous predator is already waiting in ambush inside the water.
This video, said to be from Corbett National Park, shows a tiger going after a crocodile—only for the tables to turn. The tiger escapes by inches.

Video of crocodile attack on tiger viral on social media
It can be clearly seen in the video that as soon as the tiger reaches near the river, the crocodile hidden under the water pounces on it at lightning speed. This sight is so sudden and intense that the breath of the tourists present there on safari stops.
The crocodile attacks at very close range, but the tiger’s agility and sharp reflexes save his life. The tiger immediately leaps backwards and positions itself just inches away from the crocodile’s jaws. This struggle of a few seconds shows the real reality of the forest.

This video was shared on social media platform X with the handle @KumaonJagran on December 14. Later, Corbett Tiger Reserve Director Saket Badola also posted this video. It was written in the caption that no one is invincible in the jungle and nature has its own rules.
After watching the video, social media users are praising the luck and agility of the tiger. This video also reminds people that every creature in the forest can be a hunter as well as a prey. The Forest Department has appealed to the tourists to maintain peace during the safari and respect the natural habitat of the animals.
