Choomantar will relieve joint pain in winter, this desi soup will give you inner warmth and strength.
As soon as winter sets in, complaints of bone and joint pain start increasing. Stiffness in knees, back pain, stiff neck and swelling in joints become common problems. Along with the elderly, women and people who work sitting for long hours suffer more from this problem. According to experts, the blood circulation of the body slows down during cold weather, due to which the necessary nutrition does not reach the bones and joints properly.
