Angered by weak allegations, Kumar Sanu files case against ex-wife

Besides, a demand has also been made to remove all the alleged defamatory posts and interviews from social media platforms and Meta.

Rita Bhattacharya had said in this interview that at the time of divorce she was pregnant with her third son and this period caused her deep mental trauma. He also alleged that he did not get necessary facilities and was forced to appear before the court.

Rita Bhattacharya also said that she faced many difficulties during pregnancy. According to him, even after leaving home, very little financial assistance was sent to him on a daily basis. He also claimed that even essential household items were taken away and the provision of milk and medicines was stopped. However, these allegations are now going to be heard at the legal level.

After Kumar Sanu’s petition, this matter has again come into limelight. Now Mumbai High Court It will decide whether the interview and social media posts violate the terms of the divorce.
