JSSC CGL case reached Supreme Court, High Court order challenged

Ranchi: The controversy related to JSSC-CGL exam has now reached the threshold of the Supreme Court. A group of students has filed a petition in the Supreme Court regarding this issue. Now it will be important to see what further stand the Supreme Court takes in this matter.

The way is cleared for releasing the results of JSSC CGL exam, Jharkhand High Court lifts the ban, SIT investigation will continue.
It is worth noting that earlier on December 3, the division bench headed by the Chief Justice of Jharkhand High Court had given its verdict, in which the order for the appointment of the remaining candidates was passed while staying the results of 10 students.

After lifting of ban on JSSC CGL exam results, candidates reached Chief Minister’s residence, expressed gratitude to Hemant Soren and Kalpana Soren
The students say that they have reached the Supreme Court as their last hope for justice and they hope for a fair and just decision from there. However, till now this petition has not been listed for hearing. Meanwhile, after the order of the High Court, JSSC has released the merit list of successful candidates.
