Haryana: Haryana soldier martyred in West Bengal, accident happened during training

Haryana News: Manish Kumar, soldier of village Sulhera of Narwana sub-division of Jind district in Haryana, was martyred while serving the country. 31-year-old Manish Kumar died in an accident during training in West Bengal. His mortal remains will be brought to village Sulhera this afternoon, where the last rites will be performed with military honours.

There is mourning in the village, every eye is moist.

As soon as the news of martyrdom was received, a wave of mourning ran in the village and surrounding areas. There is an atmosphere of mourning in the entire area. Villagers said that the martyrdom of Manish Kumar has filled the entire area with both pride and sorrow.

Manish was from a farmer family

Martyr Manish Kumar’s father Jagdish Singh is a farmer, while his mother is a housewife. Manish was the elder son of the family. His younger brother Sonu is also preparing to join the army. The family is in deep shock after hearing the news of their son’s martyrdom.

Journey from TA battalion to DSE

Manish Kumar had earlier served in the TA battalion of the Army. After this he joined DSE battalion. He was seriously injured in an accident that occurred during training. Despite treatment efforts, he could not be saved and he sacrificed his life while serving the country.

Martyr Manish Kumar was married, although he had no children. Family and villagers say that Manish was disciplined, hardworking and full of patriotism from the beginning. He always had the passion to do something for the country.

There will be crowd gathering and condolence meeting in the village

When the mortal remains reaches the village, a large number of villagers, social organizations and dignitaries of the area will be present for the last darshan. A condolence meeting will be organized in the village in honor of the martyr. Everyone paid tribute to Manish Kumar and expressed deep condolences to his family.
