Bruno Fernandes has reaffirmed his commitment to Manchester United, making it clear that the club’s long-term vision played a crucial role in his decision to stay at Old Trafford. Speaking in comments shared by transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, the Portuguese midfielder underlined that ambition remains central to his future with the Red Devils.
“I would not have stayed at Manchester United if the club hadn’t told me our aim is still to get the highest we can be,” Fernandes said. The United captain emphasized that assurances from the club regarding competitiveness and future success were decisive factors behind his continued loyalty.
Fernandes, who has been one of United’s most influential players since his arrival from Sporting CP, also spoke about the broader plan at the club. “Here the plan is to get back to winning trophies, get back to be the club we were before,” he added, referencing Manchester United’s historic status as one of Europe’s elite football institutions.
