  • Paneer or soya chunks (steamed)
  • thick curd
  • gram flour or roasted gram flour
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • Turmeric, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder
  • garam masala
  • lemon juice
  • salt as per taste
  • mustard oil
  • Capsicum and onion (cut into pieces)

Method to make Protein Rich Tikka

First of all, take curd in a bowl and beat it well. Now add ginger-garlic paste, all the dry spices, salt, lemon juice and a little mustard oil and mix well. After this, add paneer or boiled soya chunks and chopped vegetables in this marinade. Mix everything well and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Now take a pan, tawa or oven. Apply a little oil and fry the tikka on medium flame until it turns golden. If you want, you can also make it in air fryer.
