Mumbai. Aditya Dhar’s espionage thriller Dhurandhar is dominating the box office in terms of earnings. In India, this film is rapidly moving towards Rs 500 crore club. However, the film has been banned in the Gulf countries and despite being banned in Pakistan, it is still being pirated. According to reports, 18 lakh illegal downloads were recorded in just two weeks, leaving behind previous hits like Raees and 2.0.
Plot and controversy of the film
The film is based on true events. The story revolves around an Indian undercover spy who infiltrates Pakistan and takes down a terrorist network. The film features real Pakistani characters.
