This intestinal disease spreads silently, do not ignore the symptoms
In a busy lifestyle, nutritional needs are often ignored and health is left behind in the fast-paced pace of life. Due to this, many diseases start appearing in the body and they become known only when things get out of hand. Often we leave mild stomach pain as minor, but it is not right to ignore it. This may actually be a sign of poor intestinal health, which may lead to a major illness in the future.
Intestine is an important part of our body, which works to remove the waste from the body. Intestinal infection occurs when bacteria, viruses, fungus or parasites start growing in the small or large intestines and gradually symptoms like stomach ache, indigestion, constipation, hormone imbalance, vomiting, fever start appearing. In some cases, due to excessive intestinal problems, worms also occur and this condition can make the body weak and extremely ill.
There can be many reasons for intestinal infection, such as consuming dirty water and contaminated food, repeatedly taking antibiotics, having a weak digestive system, eating food without cleaning hands, eating too much junk food, and stress.
Many types of remedies have been suggested in Ayurveda for intestinal care. For this, you can consume buttermilk daily in the afternoon. Buttermilk is medicine for intestines. Drinking it mixed with asafoetida and cumin kills intestinal bacteria. Secondly, drinking pomegranate juice also helps the intestines to function properly. This will control the infection spreading in the intestines. If your stomach is upset due to infection and you have diarrhea, then definitely consume pomegranate.
Third, in Ayurveda, Bael is considered anti-diarrhoea, which is full of cooling effect. In such a situation, wood apple juice is beneficial for the intestines. In summer, wood apple juice helps in cleaning the intestines. Fourth, consumption of Triphala powder is also like medicine for the intestines. Taking Triphala powder with lukewarm water helps in cleansing the intestines and reduces the risk of infection.
Fifth, consumption of turmeric with milk also helps in cleansing the intestines and reduces intestinal inflammation. Turmeric has antibacterial properties, which reduce internal inflammation of the body.
