336 days validity, more affordable than Airtel

Jio’s ₹1,748 plan

Reliance Jio has introduced a great offer for mobile users with its new prepaid pack. It is specifically designed for customers who do not require internet, while calling and messaging is essential. In this plan, users get unlimited calling facility on local and STD. Apart from this, 3,600 SMS are also being given for full 336 days. Note that data is not included in this pack, but if desired, a separate data add-on pack can be purchased.

For whom is this pack beneficial?

This pack is especially beneficial for senior citizens and those who use Wi-Fi at home and do not require mobile data. Due to long validity, users do not have to worry about frequent recharges. Along with this, free services of Jio TV and Jio Cloud are also being provided.

Airtel competition

To counter this offer, Airtel has also introduced a calling-only pack, priced at ₹1,849. This is ₹101 more expensive than Jio’s offer, but it comes with a validity of 365 days. Airtel users also get unlimited calling, 3,600 SMS, spam alerts, free Hello tune, and access to Perplexity Pro AI.

Which one to choose?

If you want longer validity at a lower price, then Jio’s ₹1,748 pack may be the right option for you. But if you want service throughout the year i.e. 365 days and can pay a slightly higher price, then Airtel’s pack is also a strong option.

Keep in mind: The above packs are subject to change at any time, so do not forget to confirm with the official website before choosing a recharge pack.

For Rs 379, Airtel is offering 30 days validity, daily 2GB data and many premium benefits.

365 days unlimited 5G for ₹3,599! Jio’s new blast.
