World Meditation Day 2025: Millions to Unite in Silence on December 21
On Sunday, December 21, 2025, the world will witness a historic moment of collective stillness as millions across 160+ countries come together for World Meditation Day, guided by Rev. Daaji (Dr. Kamlesh Patel, Global Guide of HeartfulnessThe event, themed “One World One Heart”, will be streamed live on the Heartfulness YouTube Channel, inviting individuals, families, institutions, and communities to meditate together for peace, compassion, and unity.
The initiative aims to reach 3 million registrations and achieve 1 million+ peak concurrent viewers, creating a global wave of inner connection. Participants will experience a 45-minute session including relaxation, guided meditation, and a closing message from Daaji. A real-time map will display viewer locations, and personalized certificates will be issued to all registrants.
