Two attempts to murder using snakes
The facts that came to light during the thorough investigation by the police shocked everyone. According to investigators, both of Ganesan’s sons had taken out life insurance of ₹3 crore on their father and had planned to murder him to get the money quickly. To carry out this conspiracy, he arranged for poisonous snakes. Just a week before the murder, he had his father bitten by a poisonous cobra, but the attempt failed and Ganesan survived. Not changing their intentions, the sons again arranged for an even more venomous Krait snake. This time he got bitten on his father’s neck by a snake while he was sleeping, due to which he died.

Attempt to destroy evidence and 6 arrests
To completely hide the crime, the accused killed the snake inside the house so that the police would consider it a case of natural snakebite. When the poison started taking effect, he deliberately delayed taking him to the hospital so that no evidence was left and the father’s death was ensured. While solving the mystery of this case, the police have arrested a total of 6 people including both the sons of Ganesan. These six people also include those who had provided poisonous snakes and helped the sons in making this heinous murder look like an accident.
