He appealed to his fans not to pay attention to the rumors and assured that the truth will come out soon. Based on Payal’s complaint, the case was officially registered.
Maharashtra cyber police started technical investigation
After Payal’s FIR, Maharashtra Cyber Police took cognizance of the matter and immediately started investigation. Cyber police used state-of-the-art technical resources to find out the truth of the video. The investigation was carried out in a completely professional manner so that any kind of misinformation could be exposed.

This video is completely wrong. Do not share such a video even by mistake because if you are found sharing such a video, then a case can be registered under IT Act Section 67 A and 67.
Because breaching someone’s privacy and sharing someone’s personal photo is a legal offence, in which you can be sentenced to three years’ imprisonment and a fine of up to Rs 5 lakh. And further said that if you are a girl and not very famous then keep your account private so that no one can misuse your photo.
