Winter Sweet Recipes for Family: When cold winds blow and the aroma of ghee, jaggery and spices spreads from the kitchen, then one automatically feels like eating something sweet. Home chef Kavita Joshi has shared the recipes of some of her special desserts served hot.

Material: Dark chocolate 100 grams, butter 50 grams, flour ½ cup, sugar ½ cup, eggs 2 (or milk ½ cup), vanilla essence ½ teaspoon.
Method: Melt chocolate and butter together. Add sugar, vanilla and eggs. then flour
Add it and make a smooth batter. Pour into greased cup and cook at 200°C. Bake for 10-12 minutes. The outside of the cake will set and the center will ooze melted chocolate. Serve hot as soon as it comes out of the oven. You can add powdered sugar or ice cream on top.

Hot Cream Toast

Material: Bread slices 4, full cream milk 1 cup, sugar 2 spoons, cardamom ½ spoon, ghee toast
To do.
Method: Toast the bread in ghee. Boil milk, sugar and cardamom. plate with toast
Pour hot milk on it. Add dry fruits on top. Serve hot, like sweet cream

Material: Basmati rice 1 cup, jaggery ½ cup, ghee 2 tablespoons, cloves 2, cardamom 3, cashew nuts and raisins 2 tablespoons, water 2 cups.
Method: Wash the rice and soak it for 20 minutes. Fry cloves, cardamom, cashews and raisins in ghee. Then add rice to it and fry it lightly. Add water and jaggery and cook on low flame until the water dries up. In this cold season, serve hot Sakhar Bhaat to your family.

Material: Boiled sweet potatoes 1 cup (mashed), milk 2 cups, jaggery ½ cup, ghee 1 spoon, cardamom

Method: Fry sweet potatoes in ghee for 2 minutes. Add milk and boil for 5-7 minutes. Add jaggery and let it dissolve. Add cardamom and serve. Eat hot, healthy and full of energy.

Material: Carrot 1 cup (grated), Dudhi (gourd) ½ cup (grated), milk 2 cups, ghee 2 spoons, sugar ½ cup, cardamom ½ spoon.
Method: Heat ghee and fry carrots and milk. Add milk and cook until soft. Add sugar and cook for 5 minutes. Add cardamom and garnish with dry fruits. Serve it hot. in winter

Material: Wheat flour 1 cup, ghee ½ cup, water 1½ cups, jaggery ½ cup (grated), cardamom powder ½ teaspoon, almonds-cashews (for garnishing).
Method: Heat ghee in a pan, add flour and fry until golden. Prepare syrup by adding water and jaggery in another pan. Add this jaggery water to the roasted flour and stir continuously. When the pudding thickens and starts leaving the sides, add cardamom. Add dry fruits on top and serve hot.
