America attacks 70 IS hideouts in Syria

To avenge the deadly attack on American soldiers, America has launched a massive military attack on Islamic State (IS) terrorists and their weapons depots in Syria. Confirming this action, the US administration said that the biggest operation till date has been conducted against ISIS in Syria.

According to the report of the Associated Press, about 70 IS infrastructure and weapons stores have been targeted in this operation conducted by the US military in central Syria. This attack is a retaliation to the attack on an American convoy in the Syrian city of Palmyra on December 13, in which two American soldiers and a civilian interpreter were killed.

America’s Defense Secretary Pete Hegshethe launched this mission. ,Operation Hawkeye Strike Name given. Posting on the social media platform ‘X’, he said, “This is not the beginning of a new war, but an announcement of revenge. Under the leadership of President Donald Trump, the United States will never step back to protect its people. Today we have hunted down the enemies and will continue to do so.”

Regarding the operation, President Donald Trump has also said in clear words that this action has been taken in revenge for the brutal killing of brave American patriots by ISIS in Syria. America is moving ahead with the strategy of killing the terrorists who attacked the convoy of American security forces.

It is noteworthy that three other American soldiers were also injured in the attack on December 13. According to American military officials, more such attacks may be carried out in the coming days to destroy the terrorist network from its roots.
