Because most of the people complain that as soon as jaggery is added to the tea, it bursts. But now there is no need for tension. Here we are going to tell you at what time jaggery should be added to tea so that the tea does not curdle. Let us know the correct way to make jaggery tea.

How to make jaggery tea

Boil Water: Heat water in a saucepan. Add crushed ginger, cardamom and tea leaves in it. Let it boil well for 2-3 minutes so that the essence of the spices gets absorbed into the water.

Mix jaggery: Now add grated jaggery to it. Stir it until the jaggery melts completely.

Most important steps (to prevent tearing): When the jaggery dissolves well in water and the tea decoction is ready, slow down the flame completely or turn off the gas.

Add Milk: Now in another vessel, slowly add pre-boiled hot milk to this decoction. (Remember: adding cold milk may curdle the tea).

Just a boil: After adding milk, turn the gas on medium flame and just let it come to a boil. Do not boil it for too long.

Strain and serve: Turn off the gas and strain the tea into a cup. Your hot jaggery tea is ready.
