Step 1- To make pickle at home, first wash and clean carrots, radish and green chillies with hot water.

Second step- Now you have to peel the carrots and radish and cut them into long shapes. After this, cut the green chillies into long pieces.

Third step- You have to keep these chopped vegetables in the sun for half an hour so that these vegetables dry thoroughly. It is very important to follow this step otherwise the pickle may spoil quickly.

Fourth Step- Turn on the gas and keep the pan and add mustard seeds, turmeric and red chilli powder and fry a little. When the spices are lightly roasted, take them out from the pan in a dry bowl.

Fifth Step- After this, heat mustard oil in the pan. When the oil cools down, then you have to add chopped carrots, radish and green chillies in it.

Sixth Step- Mix salt, roasted spices and lemon juice in this mixture. All things should be mixed well.

Seventh Step- Now you have to fill this pickle in a clean and dry vessel. Cover the vessel with a cloth and then keep it in the sun every day for three days.

Eighth Step- Now carrot and radish pickle is ready to eat. You can enjoy the taste of this tasty and nutrition-rich pickle.
