New Delhi: Recently, India and Russia have taken strategic cooperation to new heights during their annual summit. In fact, Russia has one of the largest rare earth reserves in the world, which includes 29 types of important metals and the total reserves are estimated at 658 million tonnes. According to Andre Goline, director of the Girdmet Institute, Indian and Russian investments in this cooperation could reach hundreds of millions of dollars.
