That’s why 2 heroines were kept
Vijay Ganguly, who choreographed the song Shararat, said that he was the first to suggest Tamanna’s name to the director. But Aditya Dhar rejected him. Vijay said, she (Tamanna Bhatia) was in my mind. I suggested his name to director Aditya Dhar, but Aditya was very clear that he did not want people to see this song as an item song and be away from the story. If the focus was on just one girl, it would have diverted attention from the story.” Vijay Ganguly further explained that hence two girls were kept in this song of the film, so that the focus of the story does not go on any one girl. If Tamanna had been in this song then this song would have been hers and the story would not have gone unnoticed.
