In fact, there are many powerful leaders in BJP and coalition politics from South India to North India. Confusion arose when two prominent faces with the same name were in front. It is said that amidst the hustle and bustle of the swearing-in, when calls were being made to prospective ministers, it became difficult for officials to identify “which one is Radhakrishnan?”
On one side was CP Radhakrishnan, who was a veteran party leader and had held big responsibilities like Governor, and on the other side was another Radhakrishnan. In a hurried and pressurized environment, news emerged that perhaps the phone was connected to the “wrong Radhakrishnan” or there was huge confusion between the media and the office regarding the names of the two.
What happened after that?
As soon as this matter came to light, there was chaos. Imagine the condition of that leader, who thought that he was going to become a minister, and later came to know that “Hey! This call was for another Radhakrishnan.” However, in politics such mistakes are rectified very quickly, but those few minutes of suspense are no less than a thriller film.
Later, when this story came out, people made a lot of noise about it. There was also a discussion on social media about how a small “name confusion” had raised the political temperature in Delhi.
