Makki Ki Bati Recipe: Winter season is going on and in this season there is abundance of seasonal things to be seen. Here, everyone eats corn bread with great enthusiasm during the winter season. Know how to make Makke Baati

what materials are needed

Corn flour- 2 cups
Garlic- 5 to 6 cloves
Green chilli – 2 big ones
Dry coriander – 2 teaspoons
Celery – a little
Green peas- 1 bowl
green coriander
Turmeric- 1 teaspoon
Chilli- 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder- 1 teaspoon
salt-as per taste
Onion – finely chopped
White sesame seeds – 1 teaspoon
Ghee

Method of making Makki Baati

  • To make this, first of all you have to take a plate.
  • You have to add corn flour in it.
  • Now finely grind green chilli and garlic and add it.
  • Similarly, you have to add whole coriander also.
  • Now add celery and all the spices in it.
  • Now you have to add finely chopped onion, green coriander, green peas and a little oil in it.
  • After this, mix this flour well and prepare the dough.
  • Keep this dough for 10 minutes.

How to prepare Makke Baati?

  • To make this, apply some oil on your hands.
  • After this, make small balls out of it and keep it aside.
  • Now you have to take a deep vessel and pour water into it.
  • Then let the water boil. Place a sieve over it and apply oil and place the bati in it.
  • After 10 minutes, take it out and cook it in the air fryer.
  • After this, dip it in ghee and serve.

  • To serve it, dip the bati in ghee.
  • After this, serve it with dal or garlic and onion chutney.
