ICC Rankings Update: The T20 series played between India and South Africa has successfully concluded. India remains on top in T20 rankings

India and Australia are not going to play any T20 match this year, so India’s number 1 position will remain safe till the end of the year.

Australia is in a strong position at number two

Australia team is at second position in T20 rankings. The rating of Kangaroo team is 267, which is 5 points less than India. Although Australia also performed brilliantly this year, India’s consistency kept it on top. This gap between India and Australia is expected to remain intact for now.

England and New Zealand included in top-4

England team is at third place, whose rating is 258. England has definitely lost some important series in recent months, but still it is maintaining its place in the top-3. Whereas New Zealand team is in fourth place with a rating of 251 and is being counted among the strong teams.

South Africa in top-5, Pakistan’s condition bad

The South African team playing the series against India is currently at fifth position. His rating is 240. After this, West Indies team is at sixth position with a rating of 236. The condition of Pakistan cricket team also looks bad in T20 rankings. Pakistan is currently at seventh position with a rating of 235. Whereas Sri Lankan team remains at eighth position with a rating of 228.
