SP MLA Ravidas Mehrotra demanded investigation on KGMU controversy, said- how are infiltrators coming into the country from across the border?

Lucknow, 22 December. Samajwadi Party MLA Ravidas Mehrotra has demanded an investigation into the KGMU controversy. Taking aim at BJP, he said that they are making people fight among themselves. Because of this, hatred is spread in the country. He has demanded creation of Ahir Regiment in the Indian Army. Ravidas Mehrotra said that a female doctor in KGMU has made serious allegations, it should be investigated. Any action should be taken only after investigation.

He said that under the Constitution everyone should respect other religions. These people are working to spread hatred in the country, they are working to make people fight. On Rahul Gandhi’s foreign trip, he said that BJP has failed on all fronts. If someone opposes the government then it is called anti-national. If the leaders of India Alliance go abroad, they will talk about vote theft, oppression and injustice in front of the world. On changing the name of MNREGA, he said that this scheme was named after the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi. Wherever the name of the Father of the Nation is present, they are trying to change it, which is condemnable and shameful.

On the ongoing controversy over building a mosque in Murshidabad, he said that everyone has the right to build temples and mosques. There should be no objection if anyone builds a temple or mosque on his private property. There should not be any dispute regarding this. He said that there is a BJP government at the Center for the last 11 years, yet infiltrators are coming into the country from across the border. How are terrorists crossing the border? Why has the government not been able to drive out the infiltrators till now?

He told that some army personnel had come to the Samajwadi Party office. He met Akhilesh Yadav and demanded that Ahir Regiment be formed once again. The Ahir Regiment fought against China and many soldiers were martyred. He alleged that the government is working to protect the accused of codeine syrup. We are demanding to run bulldozer on the house of the accused.
