From Delhi’s Karol Bagh to Dubai’s Burj Khalifa view balcony, the rent of Rs 5 lakh per month shocked the senses.

Dubai Apartment Rent: Moving away from the narrow streets of Karol Bagh in Delhi and living among the glittering tall buildings of Dubai feels like a dream. These days, one such video is becoming increasingly viral on social media, in which an Indian youth is seen showing a glimpse of his luxury apartment in Dubai.

This video has been shared by famous travel blogger and actress Shenaz Treasury on her Instagram account. In the video, he meets a young man named Parabh Singh, who is originally from Karol Bagh, Delhi and is currently living in Dubai.

Video went viral on social media

During the conversation in the video, when Shenaz asked Parabh about the rent of his house, everyone was surprised to hear the answer. Parabh told that he pays rent of 18 thousand dirhams every month, which is about 5 lakh rupees in Indian currency.

After this Parabh shows his apartment. The door of the house remains open without locking, on which he explains that the security in Dubai is so strong that people do not feel the need to lock the house. Inside the apartment one can see luxurious interior, open kitchen and large living area.

People made funny comments on the video

The biggest feature of this house is its balcony, from where the world’s tallest building Burj Khalifa and Dubai Frame are clearly visible. Parabh explains that this building is directly connected to Dubai Mall and facilities like gym, swimming pool and in-house restaurant are also available here.

In the caption of this video, Shenaz humorously told through ‘Girl Math’ that some people may find it right to pay so much rent in exchange of no taxes, better air, clean roads and security. The video has been viewed by millions of people so far and there is a lot of discussion about it on social media.
