War broke out between Chief Minister Yogi Aditya Nath and former UP CM Akhilesh Yadav, both the leaders are making allegations and counter allegations in the codeine syrup case.
Lucknow. A war of words has broken out between Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and former Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav. On Monday, the UP Chief Minister, while speaking on the codeine syrup case, targeted Akhilesh and his colleague, Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi. UP CM called both the leaders two samples. He said that there are two samples within the country. One sits in Delhi and the other in Lucknow. Whenever there is any discussion in the country, they immediately leave the country and run away. I think the same is happening with your grandfather too. He will also leave the country again on his trip to England and you people will keep shouting here.

Self-acceptance!
No one expected that the Delhi-Lucknow fight would reach this far. People holding constitutional posts should maintain some public modesty among themselves and should not cross the limits of decorum. BJP members should not bring the internal tussle within their party to the crossroads. If someone feels bad then you will have to go back. pic.twitter.com/99SMGEgD7M

In response, Samajwadi Party President Akhilesh Yadav urged the leaders to maintain public decorum and then turned the matter around and claimed that BJP members should not bring their party’s internal fights on the public platform. In a post on Twitter, the SP chief said that the battle of Delhi-Lucknow will escalate to this extent. No one expected this. People holding constitutional positions should at least maintain some public decorum among themselves and should not cross the limits of decorum. BJP people should not bring the internal disputes of their party to the crossroads. If someone feels bad, you may have to step back.
