Ukrainian officials said eight people were killed and 27 injured in a Russian attack on the Odessa region on Friday night, CNN reports. According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, Russia launched a missile attack on a port infrastructure facility in the city of Pivdene. CNN reported that Russia has been targeting Odessa with continuous attacks for the past nine days, causing power outages in the city and surrounding areas.
