It is not considered a case of murder but also a conspiracy to destroy the evidence because Ruby had earlier lodged a missing report in the police station so that no suspicion would arise, but the name ‘Rahul’ inscribed on one hand of the dead body helped the police a lot in reaching the suspects. This identification mark led the investigating officers in the right direction.

Ruby and Gaurav sent to jail

SP Sambhal Krishna Kumar Bishnoi said that the police has collected all the evidence, which includes the machinery used in the murder, grinders, bags, polythene etc. The accused have also accepted both the planning and execution of this brutal murder. Ruby and Gaurav were arrested and presented in the court, from where both were sent to jail.

This case is now registered under serious sections of murder, destruction of evidence and misleading the police. The police are still continuing the investigation, so that every aspect of the entire conspiracy can be exposed.
