Dhurandhar Boxoffice Day 18: ‘Dhurandhar’ beats Rishabh Shetty’s ‘Kantara: Chapter 1’, this much earning on third Monday

This film is performing well at the box office, but now there has been some decline in its third week. Especially on the third Monday, there was a huge decline in the film’s earnings. For the first time after its release, the one day collection of the film went below Rs 20 crore. According to preliminary data from trackers like Sacknilk, the film had earned a handsome amount of around Rs 95 crore in the third weekend. But on Monday there was a huge decline of about 57% in the earnings and the film earned only about Rs 16.5 crore.
This is the lowest one day collection of the film till date. There were already indications that the film’s earnings would drop slightly in the third week. On the third Friday, the film had earned around Rs 22.5 crore. However, it again gained good momentum in the weekend and earned around Rs 34.25 crore on Saturday and around Rs 38.5 crore on Sunday. The total occupancy of the Hindi language film on Monday was 28.76%, with the highest number of viewers coming in the evening and night shows.

‘Dhurandhar’ leaves ‘Avatar: Fire and Ash’ behind
Although there was a decline in the earnings on Monday, but still ‘Dhurandhar’ went far ahead of the new Hollywood film ‘Avatar: Fire and Ash’. According to initial reports, ‘Avatar: Fire and Ash’ earned only around Rs 8.5 crore on its first day, which is almost half of ‘Dhurandhar’. There were a lot of expectations on this big Hollywood film, but till now it has reached only around Rs 75 crore in India.
Total earning of ‘Dhurandhar’ in India
Despite the decline, the film is maintaining a strong hold at the box office. Till now ‘Dhurandhar’ has earned around Rs 572 crore as net collection in India. This has made it the highest grossing film of Ranveer Singh’s career. Talking about the gross collection in India, this figure has reached approximately Rs 686 crore.
‘Dhurandhar’ overtakes ‘Kantara Chapter 1’ worldwide
The performance of the film has been so great that its total worldwide earning has exceeded Rs 872 crore. With this, it has become the highest grossing Indian film of 2025 and has confirmed its place at the top. ‘Dhurandhar’ left behind Rishabh Shetty’s ‘Kantara Chapter 1’, which had earned around Rs 852 crore worldwide. The film has created history with this achievement.
‘Dhurandhar’ made a new record in foreign countries
This spy action thriller film of director Aditya Dhar is doing wonders in foreign markets also. It has become the highest grossing Indian film overseas of 2025. Till the third Sunday (i.e. in 17 days) the film has earned around Rs 186 crore in overseas. With this, it left behind superstar Rajinikanth’s film ‘Coolie’, which had earned around Rs 180.5 crore in foreign countries. The beginning of the film was okay, but the audience made it a houseful and it became a superhit. Now the film is fast moving towards touching the figure of Rs 200 crore in foreign countries. If this happens, then this will be the first film of Ranveer Singh’s career which will join the Rs 200 crore club abroad.
