Chennai, December 23: BJP has started preparations in view of the upcoming elections in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Assam, West Bengal and Kerala. BJP election in-charge of Tamil Nadu and Union Industry and Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal will remain on stay in Chennai. BJP has appointed Minister of State for Law and Parliamentary Affairs Arjun Ram Meghwal and Minister of State for Civil Aviation Muralidhar Mogal as co-election in-charges. Union Minister Goyal will hold discussions with State President Nair Nagendran and other officials at the state BJP office here today at 11:30 am. After this meeting he will go to Star Hotel located at Raj Annamalaipuram. There he will hold preliminary talks on seat distribution with All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam General Secretary Edappadi Palaniswami on Greenway Road. A banquet ceremony has also been organized at Palaniswami’s residence. Goyal can meet state Governor RN Ravi in the evening.
