Yellow Jaggery: Whereas yellow jaggery is clean and attractive in appearance. But sometimes it is prepared with the help of chemicals or bleaching agents. This may reduce its nutrients. It is lighter and sweeter in taste, but from health point of view it is not considered as beneficial as black jaggery.
