U-19 Asia Cup: Pakistan started crying after the defeat, now PCB will complain about ‘this’ action of Indian players
News India Live, Digital Desk: Whenever India and Pakistan face each other on the cricket field, the temperature is bound to rise. Recently, in the final of the U-19 Asia Cup, the spectacular manner in which India defeated Pakistan and lifted the cup, made every Indian fan feel proud. But it seems that the neighboring country is not able to digest this defeat. After losing the match on the field, now the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has prepared to wage a new ‘war’ outside the field. What is the matter? The news is that PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi is very unhappy with the behavior of the Indian players. He alleges that the way Indian Under-19 players celebrated after winning the final match and the way they treated Pakistani players was against the spirit of sportsmanship. Naqvi has made it clear that he will not remain silent on this issue. According to reports, they are planning to lodge an official complaint with ICC (International Cricket Council) and Asian Cricket Council (ACC) regarding this matter. Annoyance of defeat or something else? Naqvi said while talking to the media that the “aggressive celebration” of the Indian players and some gestures on the field have hurt the Pakistani team. PCB says that young players should remain disciplined, no matter what the result. They are going to complain with the footage of this incident. Now the question arises whether it was really indiscipline or the old saying “Khisiyaani Catli Khambha Noche”? Cricket is a game of emotions, and it is natural to feel excited after victory in a high-voltage match like the final. It has often been seen that whenever the Pakistani team loses, some controversy or the other arises from the board or management. What will happen next? At present, the young lions of India are returning home with the cup, but this action of PCB has heated up the atmosphere. Now it will be interesting to see whether ICC takes this complaint seriously or dismisses it as ‘part of the game’.
