Police van attacked in Pakistan, five constables killed

Islamabad. Five constables were killed today in an attack on a police van in Gurguri area of ​​Karak in Pakistan’s restive province Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. District Superintendent of Police Shaukat Khan has confirmed the incident and the number of constables injured.

The report said that 124 Federal Constabulary personnel were martyred and 244 were injured in these attacks. During this period, security forces played an important role in fighting terrorism. 348 terrorists were killed during various operations. Maximum 394 incidents related to terrorism took place in Bannu region. 41 police officers were martyred and 89 were injured. 54 civilian deaths and 125 injuries were also reported in the region.
