Visakhapatnam, 23 December. After a lethal performance by the spinners led by Sneh Rana (1-11), Shafali Verma’s aggressive half-century (69 not out, 34 balls, one six, 11 fours) made the job easier for India, who secured another easy seven-wicket win with 49 balls to spare in the second Women’s T20 International here on Tuesday. With this, the hosts took a significant 2-0 lead in the five-match series against Sri Lanka.
