Minister Lakshmi Rajwade launches Anganwadi worker and assistant online recruitment system

Raipur : An important initiative of the state government has come true in the direction of making the Anganwadi system more transparent, reliable and modern in Chhattisgarh. Women and Child Development Minister Lakshmi Rajwade on Tuesday launched the state level online recruitment software of Anganwadi workers and assistants, new departmental website and e-office user manual in the conference room of Mantralaya Mahanadi Bhawan.

On this occasion, Minister Rajwade said that with the new online recruitment system, the entire process from application to selection will be completed on a single digital platform. This will provide equal opportunity to eligible candidates and make the recruitment process more simple, clear and fair. You will also get relief from unnecessary office running around and misconceptions.

He said that transparency will be ensured through digital system and time and resources will be saved. This system will strengthen the human resource management related to Anganwadi services and will prove helpful in effective implementation of the schemes of the Women and Child Development Department.

Minister Rajwade expressed confidence that the new departmental website and online recruitment system will increase public confidence in the functioning of the government and the Anganwadi system of Chhattisgarh will get a modern, responsive and people-oriented form. This initiative is an important achievement towards strengthening e-governance in the state.
